At Tessa’s Talons, nails are more than just beauty—they’re self-expression. I’m Tessa, a licensed nail technician with over five years of experience bringing nail dreams to life, from timeless, natural looks to bold, show-stopping designs. My work is all about versatility, attention to detail, and making sure every set feels perfectly “you.” The name Tessa’s Talons was inspired by my beloved pet bird, Lilly, whose personality is as vibrant and unique as the nails I create. And if you know me, you know I have a soft spot for all things Hello Kitty—so don’t be surprised if you spot a little extra cuteness in my nail suite! Whether you’re after something soft and simple or wildly creative, I bring artistry, precision, and a personal touch to every appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Tessa’s Talons Nail Studio, I value your time and mine, so here are a few important guidelines to keep our appointments running smoothly: • The $20 fee is a booking fee, you are able to reschedule your appointment once before your booking fee is terminated and will require a separate booking. • If you cancel your appointment and do not reschedule, your booking fee will be terminated. • The $20 booking does goes towards your appointment total and is automatically deducted at checkout. • Cancellations & Reschedules: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. • No Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service. • Late Arrivals: There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a cancellation and a 50% fee will apply. • Foreign Work: I do not work over other technicians’ work. If you currently have nails from another salon, please be sure to book a soak-off service so we can start fresh. • Guests: As this is a private studio, no extra guests are allowed unless approved by me prior to your appointment.
